The location of the finca

Finca Tierra Sana is located on the Costa del Sol in Andalusia in the south of Spain, in the province of Málaga. The distance to Málaga airport is aprox. 75 km; to the town of Marbella 25 km.

Tierra Sana is situated east of the city of Estepona, just 5 km from the city center and 2 km from the beach. You can reach the property via a tarmac road on a cul-de-sac without any other traffic. It is surrounded by huge avocado and lemon plantations and pasture land for horses.

The environment

Within 2 km you will find, next to the Kempinski hotel, the new Laguna Village leisure centre with beach club, restaurants, shops and a beautiful beach area (www.laguna-village.com).

In the immediate proximity there are the famous horse riding school "Escuela de Arte Ecuestre Costa del Sol", several golf courses, Puerto Bañús - Marbella's luxury harbour and more shopping malls.

Estepona - an Andalusian village on the Costa del Sol

The Andalusian village of Estepona is an interesting holiday destination, but off the beaten track. Estepona has not lost its Andalusian traditions. With its little port and the beautiful  promenade it has stayed closer to its origins than other costal villages on the Costa del Sol.

Estepona has a very good infrastructure with a lot of shopping possibilities and an incredible amount of leisure time facilities. There is no limit to any adventure.

The surroundings of Estepona

Those who want to have more than sunshine, beach and pool, will find numerous activities, like for example golf, horse riding, hiking in Sierra Bermeja, whale and dolphin watching  etc. Trips to the typical white villages of Andalusia, as well as city tours to Ronda, Granada, Sevilla, Gibraltar, Tarifa are easy to undertake from Tierra Sana.
