Renting conditions - holiday rental

All bookings are taken into consideration on the basis of the following conditions:

Making a reservation – by phone, online or in writing - means that the tenant agrees expressly to the renting conditions.

Reservation and confirmation

The reservation can be made by phone, online or in writing. The reception of your request by us, implies the coming out of the contract. The tenant will receive a booking confirmation as soon as possible.

Payment terms

20 days after receiving the booking confirmation the tenant is requested to make a down payment of 20% of the total rent. The remaining sum must be paid – without reminder - one month in advance of the arrival date. Belated payment or non-payment is considered as cancellation and allows us to re-rent the property.

Deposit

Upon arrival please leave a deposit (cheque or cash) of 300 euros for Casa Primavera and 100 euros for all other holiday homes at reception. On the day of departure after the final inspection and if there are no objections, the deposit will be returned.

Arrival / departure

Arrival and departure date is always a Saturday. Arriving at Finca Tierra Sana is possible from 4 pm onwards. Check out time is 10 am. Exceptions can be made by prior arrangement.

Cancellation terms

Please note the following cancellation fees

• up to 60 days: 15%
• 59 - 30 days: 25%
• 29 - 8 days: 50%
• 7 - 1 days: 75%

Cancellation on arrival date, no show or cancellation after arrival date will be charged with 100% of the final price.

If we are obliged - due to special reasons - to withdraw from the contract, we limit our liability to the respective flight cancellation fees.
If unavailability is due to force majeure (storm, flood, fire etc.) we are only liable for damages for  payments on account.

Responsibility / insurance

The use of all facilities and provided items is at the tenant's own risk. Parents are responsible for their children.

We assume no liability for possible accidents, injury, damage or loss of luggage or other items, as well as burglary.

We would like to point out, that electrical power or water outages are quite common in Andalusia. This is not the landlord's fault, but very typical in southern countries.

Others

There are no animals admitted. Open fires (e.g. campfire) are prohibited by law from April till November. Smoking is not permitted in all rooms at Finca Tierra Sana.
